Drainage & Waterproofing
Good below-grade work depends on where water goes. We consider slope, drainage paths, waterproofing transitions, and surrounding materials as part of the build.
When to contact us
Start with what you see—and what you want the property to do.
- Water collects close to the foundation
- A below-grade entrance needs dependable drainage
- You want to prevent a finished project from creating a new water path

Common questions
Useful context before the estimate.
Why include drainage in a side-entrance project?
The entrance sits below grade, so water must be directed and managed intentionally rather than allowed to collect beside the foundation.
Will decorative gravel solve a drainage issue?
Surface material alone is not a complete drainage strategy. Slope, base preparation, discharge, and below-grade details must work together.
